  : The location was great! We drove to the ski resort, but there was a shuttle available. It was too far to walk carrying ski gear. The area was peaceful. The apartment was clean. The kitchen had almost all of the utensils we needed. It was not hard to find parking close to the apartment, so that was nice.
  : The only shower/bathtub (in the downstairs bathroom) needs a new faucet. When I turned on the hot and cold knobs, the hot water leaks from the knob. Due to this, it is very challenging to maintain a comfortable water temperature. I have small children, so I had to help them more than normal to ensure that they were not scolded by the hot water leaking from the hot water knob. Also, adding a pizza cutter to the kitchen would be helpful. We had 6 guests and there were only 4 towels available. We messaged the host asking for more towels, but we never received any.

  : Noisy late night neighbors (had to leave windows open to cool and ventilate), terrible smell when not ventilated, two of three windows missing screens, upstairs windows inaccessible, no A/C, no hair dryer, two of three light bulbs missing in bathroom
