  : Every question asked was followed up by a very unhelpful answer. Asked about the free breakfast and all she says is “it’s not glamorous” — my friends and I were like okay but where and what is it?? We also couldn’t check in early, which I understand but when asked if I could use the restroom at least she said it’s not public because of sketchy people. I’m like okay but you know I’m staying here but OKAY. Would def recommend spending the extra few dollars on a different hotel in the area.

  : service, terrible,.credibility worse…kitchen facilities empty…..although advertised as kitchen..had to go down to front desk to pickup a coffee maker…WHAT? Never again, Breakfast was..muffins and coffee… clearly not a place I’d travel to again..

  : Took 5-10 mins just to get in the door, then thought I was checked in & then she had issues & had to call her boss & then charged me a 2nd time & then when she got off to check me in it would let her & she had to call her boss again, & her boss had to check me in on her computer & issue a refund, which I won't get back for 5 -7 business days. I even asked before scanning my card if I was going to get another charge she assured me I wouldn't it was just to confirm my reservation. Then told me my card had been declined but it had already went through my bank. It took at least 45 mins to get checked in. She said it was due to a audit happening at the same time as I was checking in.Got to the room, the bath was stuck in the shower position. No hot water in the shower just luke warm water, the bathroom sink didn't drain very fast. The refrigerator ran so loud that when we were trying to sleep the bed was vibrating. Then the breakfast was a joke, only hot water with oatmeal packets, tiny muffins individually wrapped & hot chocolate or coffee. No juice of any sorts, or fruit...Worst hotel stay ever!!!!!!!!

  : Showering was a bit challenging with cold and almost no pressure on the water.
