: Front desk staff was rude at check in for no reason. Lots of cracks, dusty floor, hallway smelled a little. No hotel security.

: Can tell the hotel is dated, but it was clean. Elevator is a bit clunky and unreliable, had to use the stares most of the time. Only rode in the elevator one time. Breakfast was what I expected, it was okay but not worth bragging about. It is within three blocks of the Parc Stadium so the walking distance made it worth it for us as that was our event destination.
: The elevator, there is only one, and it was not reliable for getting up and down from our room. We were on the 5th floor so got some exercise using the stairs. None of the exterior doors seems to be locked. Doesn't build confidence in feeling secure throughout the night, but we didn't have any issues.

: I liked the staff, the breakfast, location, and the view
: I had a late check in around 3am. The staff did a night audit and put me in as no show. I called booking, and they informed the hotel that I wasn't a no-show and I shouldn't be in the system as a no shoe because I requested a late check-in. I was on the phone with an agent from 3am-8am with no room, my young kids were with me, and we had just got off the highway on a 10 hour drive with no room. I didn't get the rate I was promised because the staff at the hotel couldn't get me off of the NO SHOW in their system. I have never EVER had a problem checking into a hotel. I came on business and then family fun. I had to be at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium for Workshops that I paid for that started at 7am then another at 8:30am. I missed both sessions, and their is no refund policy for them. I got charged extra for my stay,lost a night of sleep. My whole day and trip were frustrating. The only thing that made me humble myself was the front desk employee Ruby was trying to figure out how to fix my reservation. I'm seriously thinking about taking my business elsewhere
