: The hotel was nice and the rooms were spacious and comfortable
: Check in was an absolute joke head of house keeping which she was amazing... had to help the lady in the front get us our correct room that we booked I also was double charged and had to dispute through my bank... The pool area was absolutely horrible hot tub was unavailable and the pool was dirty and green definitely hasn't been cleaned in a while

: Cleanliness of the room was minimal, socket was corroded, bathroom door handles missing, can't use flat iron due to sensor. I'm African American and have to do extra work to my hair.

: Price, location, amenities and staff was the good side of this location.
: I returned to this location because the 1st visit. The 2nd visit I noticed not all rooms have been updated. The tub was old and the bathroom counter fixtures was dated. The mattress was old and had no support. I felt like I slept in a deflated air mattress. If more of the rooms were updated I would return here. But for now "it's a no for me dog". lol

: There was this one staff member who had a very nasty attitude with me and my friends and would give us stank looks every time we entered or exited the building
