  : Nice customer service , friendly and helpful staff , good breakfast , price , location. Overall enjoyed of our stay . Had all facilities required, microwave, fridge inside the room and in common area ice and water dispenser!!

  : The staff was very courteous and respectful. The breakfast was alright. The bed sheets were clean and tidy.
  : The whole property is very old and not maintained. The previous room provided to us was smelling weird. The washroom flush wasn’t working and the overall room was not upgraded or maintained. Location was far from Six flags about 30mins nothing attractive around to see or visit.

  : The location
  : It was not at the level of quality that Fairbridges typically are. The owner spent most of his day sitting on a couch in the hallway. He talked badly about his cleaning staff, which was only one person, new to the role, left to figure it out. The rooms although clean were not comfortable, the mattress was old. The breakfast was all carbs and very sparse.

  : Property needs updating. Rugs in the hallways are VERY dingy. Color scheme is depressing. Hotel room (236) was wide open when we got there, which made me nervous. Later found out it’s because the door doesn’t shut on its own. You actually have to use some force to open and close it. There were no towels, so had to go back down and ask. Person at counter said “our housekeepers need shock therapy”. What ?!? The wood laminate in the room has a spot that needs repair. Beds are loud and uncomfortable. Lumpy pillows. Lighting is VERY dim in the bathroom because the vanity light doesn’t work. And the toilet had one of those squishy toilet seats??? The breakfast is just basic continental, which is fine. But there was no coffee until breakfast started (0730). So for those of us who wake up early, unless you leave to get coffee, you’re apparently not getting any until then.
