: One of the windows in our room was blown so we couldn't see through it, which was not good as we were there to watch the aircraft.

: The view was perfect for our needs and exactly what we required. Wendy on the front desk was outstanding. She sorted out the mess the night staff said had been sorted, when in fact it took 3 requests and thank goodness for Wendy as she actually made sure my second booking was carried for a second night. Great customer service from Wendy.
: Night staff a little disappointing as two had said my booking had been carried over for a second night and same room, when in fact it hadn’t. Luckily I checked 3 times before resolved by Wendy. Went for an early breakfast and the chef had not turned up at 7.15am, so no hot food.
