  : Great views and beautiful setting
  : The deck needs a repair work (exposed screws, damaged flooring slats etc). Door handles in the master bath drawers come off (make sure your not blamed). Lots of TVs for the kids in the evening but not all are connected to a service. A lot of dead bugs inside the house behind furniture, windowsills, under beds etc I get bugs are a fact of life there, but when they’re dead it’s probably worth cleaning them up. It’s a big house but it should be clean. No instructions on how to use the beautiful fire place in the living room Which was disappointing. Maybe it’s a one off but I expected more for the cost of the place.

  : The microwave didn’t work, and the black stuff coming out the tub downstairs due to the drain being clogged.
