: House was dirty, lights were burnt out, serious cobwebs everywhere, refrigerator still had debris in it from previous renters, calking in bathrooms filthy, this house needs serious updating!

: The location was great, the layout of the home was good for our family. Good dishes, nice set of knives.
: It was dirty (some bed covers were not clean, hair in the upstairs shower,). Many things were broken and in disrepair. Bathroom faucet broken, the floor of the downstairs shower is soft and squishy as well as small, dryer vent laying on the ground outside, French press unusable. The most challenging experience was that we were here during extremely hot weather and when we arrived at 4:30pm, we found windows open (hot air blasting through) and no air conditioning. The upstairs bedrooms were airless. When the kids went to bed, they could not sleep because of the lack of proper ventilation and cooling. You need to be honest and state that this house has no air conditioning.This house could be so great, but it needs to be cared for. Would you want your kids and grandkids going to bed in a hot stuffy room? Even a small a.c. Unit for the upstairs would make a huge difference. I do appreciate receiving more fans when I asked for them, but it wasnt enough. We were told that house cleaners needed to be given more time for extra cleaning measures, but this was not evident.
