Traveller Type: young couple
: It was a good price.
: The room had no shower curtain, bathroom door was broken, refrigerator door broken, water in the tub wouldn't turn off all the way, only a top and bottom sheet no blanket, no one was at the front desk when we went back down to check out, I put the key through the desk window. We been staying at this hotel for years and we never seen it this BAD. Please get it back together.

Very Poor

Traveller Type: family with young children
: Nothing
: Everything, First room they put us in look like somebody was still staying in it. Had to go back to office to request a different room. Second room was just as awful! Rooms are not clean and smelt so bad. Only blanket on the bed was a sheet, water all over the floor. Tried to get a refund and wasn't able to. Ended up booking at a different place. Was a waste of money for us.

Very Poor

2024-07-15

Traveller Type: young couple
: Nothing
: The clerk was very rude and would not check us in. We came from two hours away. There was no clerk at the front desk we had to call a phone number. We were told to pay at the property but upon arrival the clerk told us we had to pay online and would not let us check in to our reservation and she hung up the phone in my husbands face. We will never try to stay here again. We were only here for one night on the way to our actual destination. We had to book a room somewhere else that accommodated us just fine. Very bad customer service skills
