  : Location is near to Boston Common
  : On Noisy highway. Communication was difficult via e-mails. wasn't informed of stairs and staircase was slanted to side which was difficult for older person. Door has large gap filled with foam solution. Cleaning could be better.

  : The location is absolutely awesome, and the price very reasonable. Additionally, the room was clean, comfortable, and, most importantly, warm. Definitely recommended!
  : While the position is very good, it is right in front of the highway, so it is rather noisy.

  : The studio was in a good location and had all it needed.
  : Close to a highway and very noisy. Communication with host was complicated and occasionally unpleasant. Despite the reservation appearing as confirmed on the Booking app the host contacted me giving me 24 hours to send personal documents or the reservation would be canceled and iteratively adding more and more conditions and insisting they are not a hotel. There was no guarantee on data privacy for the documents submitted and the whole procedure seemed a little unsafe.

  : Easy access, comfy bed, kitchenette facility, good lighting in the room, appreciated the early check-in.
  : Fuse box blew on the last evening so we had no AC, bathroom light or fridge overnight (text messages to/from host who suggested resetting the switchboard, this didn't work & then we never heard back from them). Small bathroom. Thankfully we only had to go up one flight of the narrow uneven stairs.

  : Location was great .
  : The room was not at all shown in the picture while booking ..infact it is really a small room having all the things.. bed is positioned so badly like when you go from window to door ...the space between bed and wall is so small... That everytime you cross it you will definitely hit yourself. Bathroom is also so small even the shower is fixed you cannot move the shower and neither your body. And electricity goes when you are switching both AC and induction/microwave ...then you have to tell your respective site to tell the management. Also the rooms are so close ..even when you move fast in your room or just walk.. neighbour comes and reaches you to be in etiquettes..location is great...but as far as satisfaction is concerned it is a complete dissatisfaction. I lived there for 7 days...for one or two days you can consider it.
