  : We didn’t get to stay in the u it we booked, and were not even given an explanation until we asked. Then the u it we were assigned had a leak in the ceiling so we were changed to a 3rd unit. All of this and there was no apology or offer of compensation.

  : The location is excellent. Read the reviews. Everything is expected in an old building. It will not be cool in summer. It is noisy but the price is reasonable for the area.
  : I paid for a private bathroom and the shower tap was faulty. No refund offered except told to use shared facilities. Be aware after you pay that there are 20 steps to the 6th floor. They offered to reaccomodate me but my reply via email was never received. Always contact via the app.

  : The location is very good.
  : The communication of how to access the property is very poor. True, that the security is important, but at least they could have communicated with me that at least a WIFI is available at the premises and that could have lessened my worries, you see? The other thing is that I am not familiar with touch sensitive door locks and there was no mention of it with their unlocking instructions. Almost an hour I waited for someone from inside the property to come out that I was able to access the property. With a simple miscommunication coupled with a tiresome journey is not a good footing at all. Secondly, there was nothing of a written rules and regulations that is available that can serve as a good guide as to how to run the property. There was an email sent to me on the second day about trash disposal. And when I followedthe instructions, the common bin for the trash was nowhere there. It so happened that a caught one of the cleaning ladies and I gave her my trash and she accepted it graciously. That is why, written rules and guidelines are truly important.

  : There was very little to "like" about this location. There was no one present to check me in. You need a front door code, then take an elevator to the 5th floor and then with luggage walk up a narrow creaky staircase to a second door requiring a code for entrance, then to the room with another key code required. The ad on the website and on Booking.com com is a gross distortion showing a nice queen size bed with two bedside tables and lamps, vsa double bunk bed with NO bedside tables, much less lamps. The temperature control is on-off AC or use of a tinyspace heater. TV did not work, no hot water until more than 5 mins of the faucets on. This property has no business being listed with hotel rooms.
  : SEE ABOVE. NEARLY EVERYTHING INCLUDING AN HONEST VIEW OF THE BED AND OVERALL VIEW OF EXACTLY WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE, INCLUDING THE STAIRS TO GET FROM THE 5TH TO THE 6THFLOOR.

  : I am waiting for the refund of the money I paid for 3 nights. I arrived on Saturday the 14th at dawn and the bed did not fit me, I called the hotel and there was no reception, I had no help to change me to another room. I need you to return my $478.00. They were super rude. If they don't solve it, I'll ask for help in court
