  : The location was wonderful
  : The room had a smell and everything was outdated. I had just left my daughters condo and the difference was vast. I had outdated, rusted, smelly and old décor and appliances and hers were up-to-date. I bring this up as a point because we paid the same price for the same amount of space.

  : Location. When reservation was booked ratings were very high. Subsequently, the property was sold and ratings went DOWN!
  : Dirty - floors were disgusting, I bought a mop and mopped them 6 times and was still getting black water. A/C units had dirt/lint flying off them (I cleaned them off) filter was totally clogged with dirt. Hot tub was cloudy and dirty. We had no hot water for two days - reported issue and was told, very rudely, four hours later that the issue was taken care of (breaker flipped and maintenance heard the hot water tank kick on)…2 hours later, still no hot (not even warm) water - called after hours number and was told it would be taken care of by morning. At 2 am turned on faucet to hot and NO water, 6:15am air, 7:15 am COLD water, yet again…another cold shower! Refrigerator froze all our food, turned it down and it still froze new food.No offer of any compensation for any of the water issues, just to move to another unit on our last night - after returning from a evening wedding and reception/dance late that night.Would NOT recommend this property! We travel to Branson frequently and like to try new accommodations/resorts. We will not even consider Tribesmen Resort in the future.

  : The location is absolutely great for boating and fishing…also Silver Dollar City and downtown Branson very close…the cabins were very roomy even though very old…it was a nice set up with us older people down stairs and our kids family upstairs…
  : When we arrived the trash and dirty linens from the prior occupants were in bags right in front of the door…the squirrels or something had gotten into the food and the garbage was dragged all over the back steps…the lock on the top never worked correctly so when we left the cabin we had to leave that lock unlocked with only the bottom lock locked…the spout on the glass carafe to the coffee pot was broken and there were still grounds in the coffee maker from the prior occupants…we did notify the office and they did correct all the problems…but it was not a good first impression….we arrived well after check in of 4:00 pm…and I noticed that when the new next door neighbors checked in they also had trash left in front of their cabin from the prior occupants…

  : We have been frequenting Tribesman for many years. We will always go back.
  : 1 broken bed, had to retrieve items from the office that should have been stocked. We understand the property was just recently purchased and we totally understand.

  : Great location, nice room. Although there were NO trash receptacles that we could locate. But overall happy with experience.
  : Put trash receptacles in area's around cabins. And / or anywhere in grounds. Could NOT locate ANY.

  : That there was a marina. The location was great. It was quite and out of the way. The staff let us park the boat trailer in the employee parking area, which was greatly appreciated.
  : There wasn't really any place to park the boat trailer or vehicle for that matter.

  : clean place to stay. comfortable beds. working stove, refrig, and tv. Nice pool. could grill.
  : the water was cloudy and pipes smelled when in use. we did not drink the water. we only used it for bathing.
