Very Poor
Traveller Type: family with young children
: I booked our condo several months in advance and pre payed. I received an email at noon on the day of our arrival saying sorry your reservation has been canceled. I contacted booking.com and the guy who answered was speaking Spanish. I had to interrupt him to let him know I spoke English. Not off to a good start. He put me on hold for about 15 minutes then came back on and told me he couldn't reach the property. We went ahead and drove the remaining hour to the property. Once at the property I was told by the incompetent staff that my reservation had indeed been canceled. The lady told me that they always over book and that if too many timeshare people show up they bump the people who are renting. My biggest issue was that I wasn't informed until hours before my family's arrival. The first day of our vacation was spent figuring out where we were going to stay. I will never stay at this property or any of its affiliates again and this will be my last time using booking.com.
