  : The location was chosen as that's where we wanted to be and the quality of linens and attention to cleaning details by the housekeeping staff was what we're used to and expected.
  : We arrived and walked into the kitchen to find dirt all over the window sill, the dishwasher and the counter it is mounted under, and the floor out three feet from the window. The kitchen window was open and the landscapers with pack blowers blew out the gardens in that corner of the property and into the house. The REFRIGERATOR was SO OBNOXIOUSLY LOUD, as if the garbage disposal was left on, that up in the loft I was unable to sleep the first two nights and was forced to go out and PURCHASE EAR PLUGS in order to do so!! Very very aggravating and disappointing given the property's status.
