  : Disgusting service!!! Do not come here if you do not want to be robbed! I paid $375 for a room per night on Booking! When checking in at the reception, they asked me for a confirmation card. I gave the card, entered the pin code and they wrote me down another $400!! I asked what it was. To which I was told that this was the payment for the room! Carmen worked at the reception. A very unpleasant girl who spoke to us very rudely. She said that this hotel will return $400 someday, but she does not know when. Senior manager Philip came, who also spoke rudely and none of them even apologized!! In the end, I paid $775 for 1 night at the hotel!!! This is a scam and fraud!There was no minibar in the room for that kind of money. The water stream in the bathroom was very hard.the view from the room was disgusting - onto the parking lot and the highwayin the bar on the first floor all the signs had fallen and were barely hanging on
