  : The showers need to be cleaned around crevices and starting to look rusty looking. House keeping not vacuuming floors

  : The only thing I liked was that Marriott Hotel corporate office got involved due to the treatment me and my family received while staying just 1 night.They promised proper action would be taken against the front desk clerk.
  : The front desk clerk was rude and unprofessional. Refused our early check-in nor allowed us to use hotel facilities until we checked in.I filed a formal complaint with their corporate office, which is Mattriot Hotels.The rooms smelled of smoke, which is supposed to be a smoke-free hotel.The indoor pool was uncleaned. The water looked dirty and unkept.Just plain bad service overall
