: The rooms were already cool when we arrived. Loved the linens and comfort of bed. Two things negative. There was very little to no hot water when I tried at the sink and then the shower was just cold. Not happy. Also the freezer part of the fridge was frozen solid and not much room for anything.

: My partner and i not likes beds and pillows because they’re not comfortable, floor aren’t clean, shampoo & conditioner in wrong place and they nothing smell great, swimming pool too small, breakfast area too small… people blocked other people to getcthe table and seat and too crowded… breakfast food not that great to serve. My rate for hotel 3.5… also i want coffee in the room but they do but yoo msny decaf… i dont like decaf

: Basic amenities, they have a pool, fitness room, breakfast, etc. Staff who checked me in were nice
: Room was stuffy, smelled off, and had poor air circulation. Room had no air duct and bathroom had no vent/fan. Fortunately, being on the 1st floor I was able to open the window. St. Louis is a humid place and I would not be surprised if this building has a mold problem. Side door (card access) did not latch. Crummy quality breakfast. Worn and broken fixtures, limited housekeeping (every third day). Either save a bit and go to a motel, or spend a bit more and go somewhere better.

: The first room we got, had not been cleaned. Bed was unmade, towels laying in floor, trash left around. Apparently the ac had broken so they closed the room without alerting the front desk. The second room, and if I may say. The young lady at the desk was amazing truly the highlight of the whole ordeal. The second room was not much cleaner, it had been cleaned, but not very well. The room smelled musty and there was only 1 towel, no hand towels and 1 wash cloth, and no linens for the couch. So this caused another trip to the desk, while unloading I found out room key card did not open the side door near the room. Back around through the front door, to the desk. Again the young lady at the desk was awesome. The bed was literally only 6 inches thick, and you could hear the springs when you moved around. The pool was slimy looking and didn't look like it was being filtered. In the morning, I made a different reservation for the rest of our stay. Of course I was charged a cancellation fee. Which infuriated me, biting my tongue I read off the list of things that were unacceptable. The Manager or whomever I was dealing with informed me that the owners had started a remodel, and ran out of money. So he could not order replacement linens, or pay for other updates or services.I asked for someone from the owner to contact me, but of course that never happened. I'm finally at a point where I can explain this without being angry.
