: Amazing location, could not ask for a better spot. Room was of a decent size, and beds were comfortable.
: Staff thought that toilet paper, toiletries ECT were coming out of their pay. Had to ask multiple times before getting shower gel, and toilet paper refilled. Ended up having to walk down to the front desk. I know it's common after COVID, but I still think paying almost 300 a night, the room should be serviced every day.

: The hotel needs to work on its housekeeping; floors were not vacuumed or moped every day. Which was kind of not a good experience

: The young lady at the desk was very helpful and polite even though there was a lobby full of people . The doormen were extremely nice and informative as well .
: I personally felt like it was expensive for it to be 3.5 star hotel . I wouldn’t consider it luxury but the price was steep .

: Location is very good, central, calm.Beds were wide enough for 2 people to sleep comfortably in one.Parking is just around the corner for 55 USD.
: The room was dirty. I took one small towel and was cleaning table, cabinets, even window by myself.Bathroom is big but empty. There could be more hangers or something else where you could put your clothes when going to shower.The staff could also be more polite. Once you arrive to reception, you can feel that you are not welcomed here at all, not a tiny smile in the face.
