Homey 2BR Unit in Boystown Steps from Everything

Very Good

: Loved the location. We had everything we needed. Would have preferred a refrigerator with an ice maker but not a deal breaker.
: The bedroom near the bath was very warm. We ran the A/C but it was still warm. We should have asked about the steps. We weren't prepared for a 3rd floor apartment with steps but we managed better than expected.

: location was good and near the friends and family I was visiting
: SO frustrating, the check in process seemed way over managed (lots of conversations and repeated questions), but the worst was the unit was not ready when it was suppose to be at 3 PM. I I finally got access at 6PM only to find it was never turned over from the previous guest, beds not made, dirty sheets, no towels, etc. The owner then promised a maid service right away many times, then asked me to stay at a different unit 20 blocks away

: Great location with lots of places to eat, drink and socialize. Perfect walking distance to Wrigley Field.
: The bathroom shower didn’t drain well. The first of the four people in our group stood in an inch of water that just kept rising as each of us took a shower.

  : The location
: The only thing we like about the whole thing is the location of the property. We start connect with the host at 10:30am and we couldn’t get in the property until 5:30pm and she said we can check in at 3pm. About 2:30 pm we asking about the checking in process and ask to check in 30m before because we at the property already she said not until 3pm. We wait until 3:30 to start calling her to check in she didn’t answer her phone but text us to send in the driver license, and 30m later ask for credit card, she could of ask for all in 1 text, and 1 hour later said she processing the CC. 5:30 she call back and email us the steps to check in and there is no keys in the lockbox. Our family travel a lot and been renting a lot of different places and this is the worst we ever been experience.

: Location was perfect and so close to Broadway Street where lots of restaurants and shops are located. Felt very safe there.
: The shower back up on the last day. I did report to Booking. We were 3 ppl staying and they only gave us enough towels for 2 persons. I contacted them and they brought a towel the next day.
