  : They ladies at the front desk was very nice. However the other workers didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered.
  : There is no water in he pool. The area for breakfast in the pictures was closed off. There was only 1 towel in our room but we booked a room with 2 bed. There was no elevator. The room key constantly had to be reprogrammed. The hotel was hot as if the air didn't work. The no smoking rooms smelled like cigarettes and mildew. It took a whole day for the room to cool down once we got in.

  : I booked on Booking.com. I requested a double room, nonsmoking and on the first floor. I received a response that the host could accomedate my requests. I also marked that we would arrive after 10 pm.Upon arrival, the manager repeated my requests, then informed me he only had a smoking room with 2 beds. I informed him that was unacceptable. I was then offered a suite with a king size bed. I again found this unacceptable, Another employee told me, after getting off the phone with the " Back Office" that since I did not pay for the room on-line that they did not have to hold the room. Essentially, I was being bullied into accepting a room I din't reserve or want. When I excused myself to go outside and confer with my friend, all of a sudden the manager follows me to the door and...suddenly there was a nonsmoking room on the first floor available!!!!I am not familiar with how hotels run their reservations, but this was truly an unpleasant experience.
