: They had no breakfast!!!
: Everything,from the front desk people being more friendly too the rooms being more clean than they were,we had absolutely no electric plugs that work and except for the TV plug in,toilet was dirty and there were black hairs all over the sheets!!!Do better people!!!

: The air conditioner wouldn't cool the room. They sent someone to take a look. It was 80 in the room after an hour of running. Said they didn't have another room. Only when I went to try and get our money back did they have another room available. That room was fine, but neither one was really clean.

: The location was convenient to the highway.
: The Kansas summer temperatures were hot outside. My 95 yr old mother & I were looking forward to a cool relaxing night during our travels to visit family. When we got to our upstairs room, it was sweltering hot!! There air conditioning was not on, even as a fan to help cool the room. We both slept on top of the sheets with our heads at the foot on the beds since it was closer to possibly getting a bit of the air from the ac. Also, the floor in front of the sink had a"hole" or dip making it a hazard when going to the bathroom.

: Although the room seemed to lack some basic features like charging centers, it was adequate enough for a night.
: No elevator, no air in the hallways, poorly trained staff.
