  : It was spacious. The W/D were acting decent considering everything else.
  : Everything else. All the kitchen stuff is old and needs to be replaced, the fridge barely kept stuff cold, you had to turn the heat way up on the stove just to get it a little warm, the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable, none of the mattresses had a mattress covers just the sheets, the location was not the worst, but for what we paid it definitely should have been better. The only reason we didnt leave was because what we paid was non-refundable.
