  : There was cockroaches in the room, and spider webs in the corners, this place doesn't even deserve to be open as a hotel.
  : The shower wasnt working, so I couldn't take a shower at all, the kitchen sink wasn't working, the room smelled like smoke even though I had requested smoke free room, and the floor was dirty, and there was COCKROACHES moving around. Like wtf is that

  : The staff became extremely rude once I brought to their knowledge, the property was not the way it looked on the booking site. The rooms were filthy and had bugs when I asked for a refund booking.com said they would only give me 23 of my $238, that was spent and I only stayed for an hour. I paid to stay at another hotel because the toiletries were open and lightly used and the cleanliness of the room and property were disgusting.
  : Booking.com could’ve taken more recent pictures of the property because it is false advertisement. It looked nothing like it. It was ran down. Grass was overgrown, security cameras, everywhere and in the undesirable part of town drug infested as well as bug infested it’s not fair or right that I cannot get any of my money back when I only was there for an hour.
