  : Rather dull no change the whole time we were there.
  : Room and towels only changed every other day - difficult to dry oneself on damp or wet towels. Hotel of this standing should clean rooms everyday..

  : Upon arrival,, saw a mouse running down the hallway , luckily another patron pend it up against the wall, while someone went to front desk, and called maintenance. No fresh towels put in room daily, had to go to front desk and have them ordered. They never arrived each time I ordered them, snuck them off the housecleaning cart as I was walking by. The desk clerk was short and testy when asked about the towels, said she was the only one there, gentleman walked by. She told him to get the towels and washcloths, and he literally walked in the other room and pulled them out and give them to me. Our last day of stay, they finally come in, made the bed and took the huge pile of towels and washcloths from the bathroom. I havent stayed in a hotel since Covid hit 2020, maybe things have changed concerning how its done now, but this was the worst stay and service that I have ever had. I will not book at this hotel again.
