  : The hotels website CLEARLY indicates that breakfast is included. There was NOT ANY BREAKFAST. I complained to the staff to no avail. The staff said that Booking.com didn't want them to correct the website. Very crappy if true.
  : There was no breakfast. Also, we were on a no smoking floor but our room was filled with cigarette and weed smoke from surrounding rooms. I put a towel under the door and we left the bathroom fan running 24/7. I TRIED TO CONTACT BOOKING.COM BUT NO WAY TO DO IT. I needed a nonexistent pin # to get help. The problem is as much with booking.com as with the facility. I SHOULD GET A PARTIAL REFUND DUE TO NO BREAKFAST

  : The location was noisy and dirty. In the room you can hear the train, outside conversations, outside ringing from the hallways telephone, bed were hard. Scary neighborhood.

  : I am not from New York and didn't know what I was getting myself into when I booked a few nights in this hotel. I thought it would be a cheap place to stay for a while. I'm not too picky, and I don't complain, but this was a bit extreme. This hotel is only recommended for those on a tight budget, stranded at the airport, or in their early 20s seeking an adrenaline rush. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, and the carpet was stained and had a bad odor. However, I will say that the bathroom and bed sheets were clean, and the guy at the counter was friendly. To make matters worse, I could hear a woman screaming and asking for help next door. It sounded like someone was beating her up. I could hear screaming and banging on the walls all night. I also saw some sketchy-looking people with tattoos, like the kind you see on members of Central American gangs, staying in the room next to ours. I didn't feel safe in the neighborhood at all. Fortunately, I was with my husband, so I wasn't alone, but we had to sleep with one eye open. The next day we woke up super early an d ran away. This hotel looks like a place where people conduct shady business or engage with prostitutes. It's okay if you have the guts to tolerate that kind of thing and save some money on hotels.

  : Location close and walkable to Arthur Ashe Stadium, #7 train, and restaurants. Old property but clean. It was just what we needed for a crash pad after a show. Room was large.
  : Overall, the area feels dicey. No kettle or refrigerator in the room. Seemed to cater to local hourly rate types with 24/7 access to hardcore porno on tv. Bathroom water pressure was horrible. Noisy hallways. Price seems high for what you get. Paid much less the following days in Manhatten for better.
