An amazing 5 bedroom house offering a wonderful vacational experience

  : I liked how the pool had a jacuzzi and the home is in a very nice area. Also it was easy to speak with staff.
  : Better Instructions for contactless check in would be nice. Also the home shown is not the home it’s just a model. The upstairs ac did not work and the heat was unbearable. The washer flooded which made the carpet smell and with the owners being foreign their customer service is not American.

  : The house was not the one I rented it was a four bedroom house which meant some people had to share. It has bugs and the pool stick was broke and I got a piece of wood in my finger. There was no dish rags , towels , regular rags, no pot holders. This was a disaster I asked for a check in time of 2pm and check out at 1200 but they told me I could not go until 4pm and I had to check out at 10. But this was in my reservation. Also it sent me to a store front to get the keys but after getting someone I was told it would be near the door. Also the lights would not come on outside and the air would go off in the middle of the night and it was hot.

  : This house is very bad maintained, dirty, outdated, and it is not thehouse I saw in the advertisement pics, some item are also broken, seeattachment . Many lights are out, no working, 1 bathroom is out ofservice. Mold under sink, I feel for my family in this house. I needed tobe move to anothersecure property but we had no other option but to stay here.
