: The room is dirty and there bugs coming out the drawers . They provide another room but there are still bugs coming out in the drawers. We end up not staying.

: The location was easy access to interstate and shopping.
: booked a room with double occupancy and when I checked in they were booked. The pool was shut down by the health department and the room was infested with roaches. They wouldnt even refund me after complaining.

: Absolutely nothing
: The room smelt like smoke, toilet didnt work, air condition was broke. They told me they didnt have another room to move me to and said if they cant fix the issue I will have to leave. The best part I paid for a week and they dont give refunds. Im fighting the charges from them with my credit card.

: Waited 40 minutes for the receptionist to show up for me to check in, appears to be the security guy don't know how to check me in, called the receptionist over the phone another 20 minutes trying to figure out the system, Hot mess, long term tenant, the whole place smells like weed.

: The lady at the front desk was pleasant.
: The room was bad, I wasn't expecting good because the lady told me it wasn't the best, but I did check into the room because I needed somewhere to rest. . I eventually left and stayed somewhere else 2 mins down the road for less the price.No TV is available The toilet wasn't flushing properly to not flush at allNo representative was available on the property to help any time after 530pm and the contact number they provided at the front, no one answered.if you have a problem or had to check out earlier, that wasn't possible they provided keys, not cards.
