  : The beds were awful very very hardWas not told I had to bring my own supplies for everythingAs soon as we walked in we went to go open the blinds and they fell apartThe blinds in the room fell apart as wellThe couch had holes and rips in it and the fold out was broken when you sat down on the couch you fell into itThe door had to be slammed in order to shutWe have stayed at the regal Palm three other times before and had a wonderful experience. This was a very unpleasant experience in the condo.Once we got there we read the things left for the house or from the house stating that they gave you your first night supply the trash bag that was in the trash can was too small. Then the trash can outside was full. We had to take trash down to the big trash can in the front because we couldn't fit more than two bags in there. We got up the day it was time to go and was gone by 7:00 .

  : The location to what we were doing for the week was good. The pool area was great. The friendly people who work and live in the resort. The choice of restaurants in the area was great.
  : The villa needs an overhaul. It shows signs of continually renting and minimal maintenance. The no facecloths is not mentioned until you get in. The beds and mattresses are old and uncomfortable. Most villas had more outside seating than ours, 2 chairs and a table upstairs was not accommodating to a family.

  : The property was nice Grounds we’re clean. Restaurant was good. Enjoyed dinner first night coso was large for the six of us.
  : Not enough towels or toilet paper. Dryer was broken towels that we had were very thin and small.

  : Theycharged a $10.00 fee supposed to refund on the credit card ,never got it , the phone number I had no answer to refund my $10.00 they can keep it will not go back ,

  : We requested early check in and had an email confirming that , and they still made us wait 5 hours before we could get in our room.

  : The pool was amazing! The staff very friendly!
  : The beds were uncomfortable , it’s so big I prefer a smaller resort, towels should be offered at pool, also very important there was NO recycling! There should always be recycling no waste., the shower in one bathroom didn’t drain very well.The rooms should be updated a bit. No soap to do dishes and no garbage bags. Add a few more activities for kids like bikes and ping pong.
