  : It was a close walk to everything in downtown Davis. Across the street from the hotel is a party venue that was very loud. They had music and Dj that were blasting until late into the evening.
  : They hotel itself is a bit rundown and could use a deep cleaning. Whoever is responsible for cleaning the rooms is doing a surface clean only. There is dirt and I don't know what else in every corner. There was hair in the corners of the bathroom.

  : Did not have breakfast. Good location. Brief encounters with staff were very positive,
  : Had some bathroom plumbing problem while at dinner. Left good amount of water on bathroom floor -- could have fallen if hadn't noticed..... It was clean water, and either dried or drained during night - small amount remained in morning. Otherwise place was very clean and comfortable.

  : No coffee cups with the coffee maker, so I had to call for them. The parking was very tight and I was driving a mid-sized car. If you are in a big SUV or something, park early. AC window unit was loud like most mid-range hotels like this so it was not unexpected. But those are picky things - not deal breakers. It's a Best Western, not a bougie resort so it met expectations.

  : Its dirty!!!! The night stands next to our bed was full of dust and nail clippings. I dont think the cleaning crew ever dusted this room. The glass shelf in the bathroom has dried soap suds all over it. A piece of sticker was sticking to the grout next to the bathroom sink. I walked to the front desk and I showed them everything in the room. They said there was only one more room available so I went to see it and that room was even worse!!! There was a mini roach walking on the bathroom and the floor of the bathroom was dirty. I decided to keep the room that I had but I asked them to clean it for the next day! Sadly, the next day the dust was not cleaned nor the nail clippings or the sticker was removed! The room where they serve breakfast had a few mini roaches running around on the counter! This place is a nightmare! The cleaning crew are not doing their job and the management is not doing anything about it!!! The amount of money I paid for this room was very expensive considering how unclean it was!!!
