Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in.
