  : The entire floor in our room was soaking wet. We had to wear shoes at all times except for when we were in bed or the bathroom! I told the front desk and all they had to say is that's weird.

  : The room was very comfortable after we changed rooms.
  : The person at the desk charged us when it was a prepaid. She didn't seem very happy at her job. When we realized, the other people made it right. Then the air conditioning was broke and we called down and they gave us a new room right away.

  : This property is beautiful. Rooms are clean, lobby is gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to easily walk to Coors field and several restaurants in the area. It was very convenient to have a guest laundry room onsite, but you have to either take the elevator to the lower level or walk up to the 2nd floor and then down to the lower level. There’s no stair access from the 1st floor. The pool and fitness center are on the lower level as well. At the time of our stay, there was only one working elevator, so we chose to take the stairs at times.
  : The only onsite parking option is valet at $45 per night. This is not disclosed on Booking.com. There are two pay to park lots by the property but in order to park there overnight and not get ticketed, you have to pay at 11:59pm. There’s no attendant in these lots and you can’t get a receipt showing what you paid and when. The whole situation is a bit frustrating.

  : Clean rooms. Breakfast was not good and the elevator was out the whole time. I would like a discount on the rate thru Booking

  : The room was very spacious. Liked the extra seating area.
  : Our sink would back up and we reported it twice. They appeared to try to sort it out but it didn’t fix the problem. The elevators were not working for our entire stay.

  : Honestly nothing
  : That they never fixed my air conditioning unit even though I had went to them several times to fix it. They gave me another option for a room but it was on the 5th floor (I was staying on the 2nd) and the elevators were down my whole stay.

  : The location and lack of free parking. It was nice that the night person took $10.00 off cost of parking and the valet Michael was very helpful. The toilet didn’t seem to work well the water was off when we got in the room and a crack in it. The fridge didn’t work either and smelled horrible.
