  : Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was good, easy to access. The staff were friendly and helpful.
  : Didn't like that our bathroom sink was clogged. Also, the faucet in the bathtub/shower was leaking water during our stay. There is a constant leak from the faucet.

  : One of the elevators was not working for all the 5 days that I stayed there - so there was always a long wait for the sole elevator - I was on the 6th floor so could not walk up the stairs.

  : That they never fixed my air conditioning unit even though I had went to them several times to fix it. They gave me another option for a room but it was on the 5th floor (I was staying on the 2nd) and the elevators were down my whole stay.

  : This property is beautiful. Rooms are clean, lobby is gorgeous and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We were able to easily walk to Coors field and several restaurants in the area. It was very convenient to have a guest laundry room onsite, but you have to either take the elevator to the lower level or walk up to the 2nd floor and then down to the lower level. There’s no stair access from the 1st floor. The pool and fitness center are on the lower level as well. At the time of our stay, there was only one working elevator, so we chose to take the stairs at times.
  : The only onsite parking option is valet at $45 per night. This is not disclosed on Booking.com. There are two pay to park lots by the property but in order to park there overnight and not get ticketed, you have to pay at 11:59pm. There’s no attendant in these lots and you can’t get a receipt showing what you paid and when. The whole situation is a bit frustrating.
