  : I liked that the room was a two bedroom and has a full kitchenette, plus it has a bathtub. Room was very spacious.
  : I didn't like, the tvs didn't work all but 1 out of 3 worked. Also I didn't like how UNPROFESSIONAL THE MANAGER IS. Nor how we we're treated when coming to her to respectfully extend our stay and make the payment. When we seen the payment was already authorized on our account and deducted. They swore up and down they never received anything from our card on they're end and didn't ever charge our card on file! However the Bank statement clearly said SUBURBAN STUDIOS HOTEL! Charged us for 160.87. for one night !!!!!!! The bank confirmed the charge was made gave the time and date and everything. However the manager wouldn't hear it. And then instead of working with us to either get the payment back or cancel it. She "Cynthia" told my husband and I we had 20 mins to pack up and "GTFO" very very unprofessional and fraudulent. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Especially if you don't want to deal with the fraud Bs they get away with. 50$ deposit. That we've been scammed for on multiple occasions. We're told we'd get it back. I always leave me room in better condition then when I entered t.however because the toilet flooded one night. Just out of the blue started overflowing and spilling out into the bathroom floors nearly flooded the room and woke us up out of a dead sleep! They kept our deposit. This place is corrupt. They've deactivated the tap to pay so that EVERY card has to be swiped or placed into the chip reader. That's a little shady if you ask me. Especially when you're getting random charges to your card for over 100 multiple times. And when. Confronted. They kick you out and threaten you with security.

  : I loved the apartment feel I got didn't feel like a hotel. More like a home away from home.
  : Wish I could have gotten clean towels when asked always told they were out. And TV was having cable issues but I just watched YouTube on it instead.
