  : Reasonable rate and location with laundry room.
  : No location to get ice nor bucket. I had to go buy ice. I didn’t know the customer service counter closed at night and I had a late check in time. Kids were jumping and walking all night above us on the 3rd floor.Couldn’t enjoy as much on our wedding anniversary.Twice I had to yell for the desk clerk. One time she was t in view. The other time she was preoccupied using her cellphone as I stood 3 minutes before yelling for her assistance to check out. No one could be found when checking either. I had to yell.

  : Booked this place weeks in advance. Wasted our time and money. Nothing to like.
  : Charged twice for our pet. Was told to wait for manager to issue refund. Vagrants living in the parking lot. Door keys barely worked. Holes in the carpet. Too many problems to list here.

  : Everything. The room was nasty. I put a reservation in for two beds and only got one. No one tried to call me about this change. Then the king bed had a stain on it and the roll away bed had holes and was also dirty. There were no dishes in the room or even an ice bucket. The hotel staff Rawl gave us a dirty ice tray. The refrigerator in the room had the last person's food in it from their visit. The tub had someone else hair in it. I was not able to stay in the room because I immediately began to itch. I had to leave and find another hotel even though Rawl said he called around and stated that no one had anything available, which, in fact, they did. Then the next day I called to see how I could be accommodated since I was inconvenient and the staff Alexandria answered the phone. She did not like the idea that I called. She was rude and nasty with me and hung the phone up in my face. She sounded so upset about being at work on a Saturday, even after I tried to get her to calm down. Then only to find out that Rawl gave me mis information that the manager Jessica was going to be in on Saturday, which, in fact, she wasn't. I was not pleased with my visit and was and still very upset that I had to spend an extra $400 for another hotel room which I feel that Extended Stay should not only refund me the money from the room that I booked with them but as well as the other $400. I will never in my life stay at this place again.

  : I stayed at the property on numerous occasions the last time I booked a room there I got to the property at about 1030 for check-in and when I got there, I was told there were no rooms available and that I would had to find other accommodations that I would get a full refund which I did get because I didn’t. I was paying at the property. The only thing is I receive no phone call that they were booked and had no rooms not Notification so when I’m getting to my hotel at 10:30 at night and told that I don’t have a room that I had booked already and I can’t stay there and I have no other plans that is very unsatisfactory and unprofessional and at this point I don’t know if I’m going to be staying at that location again I just think that some notice would’ve been a common courtesy to customers that are coming to stay at your facility and you have nothing available for them and I’m coming after being on the road driving all day long, unacceptable
