  : Breakfast was fine but no variety for those staying 6 days. Not enough tables to accommodate guests. Very cramped and not enough seating. Only had one carafe of coffee that ran out immediately.
  : Specifically booked this location for the outdoor pool. Pool did not open until the end of our visit despite being given different opening day and hours by various employees. When it finally did open there were not enough towels and pool was not well maintained. There were napkins and debris at the bottom. There was no security to maintain safety of the pool. Gate was chained closed at night and wide open and accessible to anyone ( including non guests) once chain was removed. This room was specifically booked for the seating area it included. Unfortunately the layout of the room offered absolutely NO PRIVACY or area for people change in. The only place to change was in the cramped bathroom. Access to the closet was ridiculously small and the iron was broken. Only one ice machine accessible on the main floor during our stay.
