  : Bed was comfortable.
  : Towel rack fell off the wall, and the Shower Curtain fell down. I am 6'1" tall, the side of the tub came up to my knees; it needs a safety handle. Someone could easily hurt themselves. The bathroom was to small, as was the "deck".

  : Breakfast was very sparse, just coffee, muffins and some fruit so we just made coffee in the room. Views from the veranda were spectacular, especially at sunset. The facility is close to the beaches and the town of Damariscotta which has several good restaurants and some shopping.
  : Room service is on an as requested basis, no daily chambermaid services. Soundproofing could also have been better.

  : The landscape and waterfront was very nice. The rooftop restaurant atmosphere was fun and the view was good.
  : The a/c didn’t work properly. The breakfast was not organized. What was provided could not be referred to as breakfast. The check-in time was very restrictive.

  : Location was fantastic. The room was very nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable.
  : I would have like a deadbolt on the door. There was only a keypad lock and anyone with the code could have come in at any time. Breakfast would have been nice. There were no meals included. More lighting by the pier and fire pit as well as wood available to use at the fire pit would have been nice. The room did not have many outlets except for some extension cords that were poorly located. (the light on one side of the bed did not reach the outlet it was intended for and there was no extension cord for that one.)

  : We loved the tiny house we stayed in, with one bedroom and a small living room/kitchen. It faced the water and was very private. The whole surroundings were quiet.
  : There is no one in the office after 5pm. They called us to set up a plan to leave our keys and a map and it worked out fine, since we arrived 30 min later. But they should have someone on staff later than that. DO NOT ARRIVE AFTER DARK. There would have been no way we could have found our place. Also, the bed was rock hard-- it was so difficult to sleep with such a hard, uncomfortable mattress. And the bed (Queen) is too large for the little bedroom-- if I had been pregnant or heavy, there is no way I could have gotten around the bed on one side. Finally, it was listed as Boothbay, but it's a good 20 away, through winding roads to get there. Also, there is noise from the highway nearby, so it's not as peaceful when outside. Still, it was a nice place to stay.

  : The location was great, easy access to Route 1, and the view from the balcony was very nice. Having the restaurant next door was very nice as well.
  : The person at the front desk should have mentioned that we needed to make sure the door to the balcony was unlocked before we went out. We tried called before 5pm but they were already gone. We were fortunate enough to see someone out walking that came through the room and open the door for us. The front desk person never mentioned that we got free breakfast either. Also, there was NO soap, extra toilet paper or tissue in the room. I was going to the office to see if I could locate someone when a staff person was outside and asked them to drop this supply off, they did not. I had to go back to the restaurant and locate someone who finally brought some over. So whomever did the cleaning did not replace those items in the room.

  : Location was beautiful and central.
  : They did no housekeeping whatsoever and attempted to frame it as a luxury. You had to call them just to get the trash taken out and what they actually did was just leave an empty bag outside of the room and made no indication of where the dumpster was. The bathroom was dirty and vaguely smelled of urine.
