  : The location is wonderful. It is located in downtown Estes Park close to shops. The condo was beautifully decorated and has a balcony overlooking a stream. The condo is above the Mile High Coffee shop so getting good coffee in the morning is a breeze. The condo provides plenty of natural lighting . The condo is very clean and provides everything you might need including a washer and dryer. All appliances are new. It was a pleasure to stay in this condo.
  : The only thing I didn't like about the condo was the couch. It was not very comfortable.

  : Excellent location, in the center of town but without the noise or traffic. Beautiful back balcony overlooking the stream. Close to everything: souvenir shops, grocery store, excursions, RMNP, Lake Estes, etc.
  : Host would only respond via email (no calls or texts); need to clarify where the parking permits are (in the welcome binder, which we didn't open until our second day there).
