Lazy R Cottages by Rocky Mountain Resorts

Wonderful
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : awesome
: beds are little bit small

Pleasant
Traveller Type: family with young children
  : generally well equipped
: We were very disappointed that the cottage was right on a busy motorway, opposite a liquor store/ petrol station/ supermarket. Really not what we had dreamed off (or expected, based on the photos!!!) from a cottage just outside the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Good
Traveller Type: family with young children
: Perfect location next to both the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park.
: No laundry services. Dumpster was locked when we were on-site so we had to keep smelly bags of trash inside the cabin. Ran out of toilet paper and had to "order" it to be delivered by noon the next day! We ended up buying our own.

Very Good

: Can't beat the location, close to great restaurants, gas, & DONUTS. CLOSE TO PARK ENTRANCE.
: The property doesn't have air-conditioning, but 2 Vornado fans helped make the rooms more comfortable. Our part of the cottage was the lower section with nonstop kids running upstairs. It was tolerable but if noise is a concern, you won't be happy.

Pleasant
Traveller Type: young couple
: it had nice linen and bed, sheets etc.
: we were leaving town for the day having no reception and was told by office after calling them for toilet paper that we were out that we would have to order on line. since no reception she said she would put some on our porch that evening. she never brought any so there we are without coming in late that night. we only had 1 small spoon, light bulb burned out faucet fell off and sprayed water all over. husband was able to screw back on. trash was full so he went to take it out and the dumpster was locked so you couldn’t use it. we stayed 5 nights and and days and never was the office opened to clients to talk to them. Horrible for the price……. will never book again…..
