  : The friendly receptionists.
  : The alarm went off as we were sleeping in the middle of the night. We had to wake up out of our sleep. My 5 yr old grandson was cranky. Also, the bedding in the first room was dirty. The receptionist switched us out but, I didn't realize that this Comfort Inn was old. We made do and enjoyed our stay. It was overall a nice stay.

  : I like that it was offset slightly from the road. It was well lit and felt safe
  : Oh my gosh, I have a long list. The building is not clean, the bathroom tiles were broken and had very, very noticeable black mold around the bathroom wall the bathroom molding and the grout in the bathroom floor. The blackout shades and curtains were off the hooks, there were no towel rods. Nothing to put your towel on, but a hook on the back of the door, the quality of the linens was fine, but the towels in the bathroom needed to be pitched, it felt like the room was filthy even though the bed was very comfortable, and I think the sheets were clean. Lamps were broken marks on the wall and definitely not a place that Ill ever stay again. When I checked out, they would not give me a receipt. They said because I used a third-party that they couldnt provide any receipt which is nuts. They are supposed to have hospitality water in the foyer in a dispenser. It was filthy was not fresh water. It was cloudy, not cold gross. I needed some toiletries that I could purchase in the area where those are offered. Look like it had not been restocked in weeks and was baron of most of the offerings. The front doors going from the parking lot into the lobby filthy. The staff not helpful whatsoever except for one girl who had an evening shift. Im low maintenance, but this was a nightmare.

  : Breakfast - nothing much to recommend on that. Breakfast definitely needs improvement.. Location was fine; nice area.
  : Carpeting in room was dirty. You could try having it washed once in a while. Noticed it as soon as we opened the door.
