: Bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant to talk to. Staff was prompt and knowledgeable.
: Was advertised as a full buffet style breakfast, I was given a brown paper sack with an apple, a yogurt, a bagel with cream cheese, a nutrigrain bar, a school lunch style apple juice and a muffin. One of the bags was missing a yogurt. Room numbers were masking tape with sharpie. When I walked into the room, our pillows were piled at the edge of the bed with no pillow cases. The one towel that was in the room had pink, brown, and black stains on it like someone had recently washed off a full face of makeup. The door between the connecting rooms had one lock that didn’t work and the other lock was broken and hanging so I had no protection aside from the lack of a knob on the other side of the door.
