Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Coldwell Banker Paradise-Ocean Village Rentals will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. A refundable deposit of $500 will be charged at check in for incidentals. This will be refunded once an inspection of the home is completed after check out.
