: The condo had NOT been cleaned and we had to call Vacasa to send a crew. Also the Athletic Cmub was never open.

: Great little 2 room, affordable. Vacasa was fabulous in resolving the cleanliness issue with a credit (not refund)
: Key box was a little harder to find. Condo was NOT professionally cleaned. We found a baby bottle with spoiled milk beneath a sofa (gross and smelly). We found candy wrapper trash and empty water bottles and lids under the bunk beds. Bunk bed linen was NOT fresh, looked like it was just quickly folded and thrown into the closet without being laundered. Master bath toilet was DISGUSTING and hadn't been cleaned in quite a while. Upstairs neighbor walks like a rampaging rhino.
