  : The location and house was very beautiful. The area gave a sense of privacy. The hot tub as well as the showers and hot water were wonderful. All the dishes and utensils were clean and the amount of towels provided were great. Check in and check out we’re simple and quick.
  : Upon arrival we walked around the place and found quite a bit of trash mainly under the deck. When we went in we noticed that the two couch’s had dog hair on them, had holes in them and crumbs and other items was under the cushions. Some of the other items in the house was not perfect such as the roku tv in the main bedroom which was propped up using the satellite box. The floors in the house were clean except under the furniture and in high spots you could tell that they weren’t touched. For a place that sleeps 6 they only provided two extra blankets and they did not provide any extra trash bags. We were questionable about the cleanliness of some of the linens as they had an odor of dog. Before we left for our vacation we called worried about tropical storm ida which was coming through on our stay. The staff member we talked to was only an employee for the property for about 3 months and was unable to provide any information as to the area or the house in respect to flooding. She kept referring to her boss and wouldn’t put us in touch with her over our concerns. Our advice to others is to inquire about travel insurance because we were told that if the area did flood then the only policy available to us was to be relocated into another cabin.

  : Exhaust fan on hot water heater ran 24x 7 and is quite noisy. Door drags floor in downstairs bedroom.
