  : Location was perfect! It's secluded enough, yet still close to Gatlinburg.
  : Tub did not plug up to hold water- cannot take baths. The hot water in shower DOES NOT last!! I had to take a cold shower after 3 minutes. I did NOT run washer or any other appliance beforehand either to cause a lack of hot water.

  : Clean.
  : Bed was extremely soft and uncomfortable. One of us slept in recliner because bed so bad. Found no extra blankets (which we found odd). Had to make a cheap purchase at dollar general. Towels were plentiful but very very rough. Would not use on any dog. Also very dark inside, overhead lights ok but would have preferred better light using the lamps.

  : The only drawback from our entire trip was the bed and me and my wife sat with all honesty it was seriously the most uncomfortable bed we have slept on in our entire life

  : Couple of issues came about we reported them, but didn’t find them an issue with our stay and was offered maintenance but decided not too important to us.

  : The distance to down town was not bad at all. It was 3 mile away and that made for an easy commute. There was swan made out of towels on the bed and that was pretty cool.
  : Well to start with we arrive (its poring down rain) and can not get in, the code was incorrect. #0 mins later we get in. The cabin had a musty smell, and was not clean. There was dirt around the base boards and dust bunnies on the floors. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The bathroom floor felt like it was going to fall through at any time. But the thing that topped the scales was the neighbor reeving their dodge charger up repeatedly at 6:30 in the morning, when I walked out side to see what was going on, he went speeding out of the shared drive and about hit my daughters car. This trip was so bad that we packed up and came home early. We would not recommend this cabin for anyone that wants a quite weekend away to relax and enjoy family.

  : Location was good.
  : Pictures of property for booking did not match the real appearance of property. Smell in dwelling was atrocious. Smelled like dog and cigarettes. Carpet needs replaced. We spent $100 in deodorizing items to make it somewhat tolerable. Blinds not cleaned. No trash bags available-we bought them. Side concrete porch with hot tub was dirty and moldy. Vegetation up next to area was overgrown and two trees were laying down near the area and could slide down onto the porch area due to steepness of hill. Over-all not impressed with the property given the price we paid for it. Could have stayed in better accommodation's for the same price. Bed was very squeaky and furniture was old, scratched, deteriorated and in need of desperate updating.
