  : Both of the pull out beds the mattresses had mold and urine stains, the one down stairs was broken an cracker thin falling through the frame. One of the main beds had blood stained sheets. Crusty cheese stuck to one on the spare blankets. The showers didn’t drain. The Hot Tub didn’t work. The grill wouldn’t light…. what else??? oh and when I called 3 times and was told we would get new mattresses or even air mattresses.. they brought sheets and that was it. The hot tub was never fixed and they never brought new beds! We paid almost $1,400 dollars for a 2 night stay with 8 people and 2 beds and one that was still iffy because luckily they brought extra sheets to change the blood stained ones! My husband and I were renewing our vows with friends in Gatlinburg and this cabin made me completely sick to my stomach for our special weekend. I will never return and I will most definitely warn everyone I know about it! I tried very nicely the first two times I called.. by the third time I was fed up! Never Again!! I have more photos and they’re all horrible!

  : Mattress’ were hard, but you got used to them. The couch in the living room is worn out and sits hard. Chairs in the dining area are unstable and could use some love.

  : The host will remind you check out 5 times a day by Bookings message, SMS, emails. No response at all about a lost and found request after the trip. I know this is the business. Customers lost their value once the transaction finished.

  : both mornings we stayed there a worker was blowing leaves before 0800 am.

  : We all loved the look and feel of the cabin and how the structure has been wonderfully maintained and the amenities it offered. The great way the timers were set up for the bbq and fireplace. The house was comfortable.
  : The place is in a very busy campus like setting and there is so much noise from other cabins on all sides. It is not what we had pictured and we were a little disappointed that it was not a solo cabin in a remote setting. The cabin is not a stand alone and is in a very time share touristy area. While the cabin does supply some items they are not the best quality and if you can’t afford to eat out every meal there is no storage containers or storage bags/film and cooking equipment needs an overhaul. No soap in the restrooms to wash your hands and the constant reminders about checking out were very annoying sent very early in the morning waking us up in the wee hours of the morning. we felt like we were being pushed out so the next cattle heard can come through.

  : The beds were awful. All of us suffered and couldn’t sleep during our stay. Strained muscles, sleeping on the couch, etc. replace the beds!
