  : The bed was amazingly comfortable. Easy to contact the staff when i needed to.
  : The parking!!! It sucked. Couldnt lock my door the first day either. Someone had to come do it for me.

  : We could walk into town. The condo was like a 2 bedroom apartment you could live in comfortably. We had enough clean sheets and towels.
  : It does need to be renovated. While not dirty, it could be cleaned a little better. The Bed spreads needed a good washing.

  : Location was excellent. 7 minutes walking distance from downtown Gatlinburg and the trolley. The beds were so comfy and needed after much walking. Bedrooms were nice size and decorated nice; TVs in each bedroom. Temperature control was perfect. The living room was cozy and welcoming. Condo was clean and odor free.
  : If you enjoy cooking with friends you might find the kitchen rather small. But overall we enjoyed this space very much and would definitely rent again.

  : Views from higher floors was great. It had plenty of towels. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were adequate. I would stay again.
  : Great views from higher floors. You could walk to main area of Gatlinburg, but it is a long walk. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was decent. Bedding was clean and comfortable. The room could use a deep clean and some minor repairs, but it was pleasant nonetheless. I would stay again.

  : The property was really convenient and it was big. It was in walking distance the place was clean and well kept.
  : Some of the lights didn’t work. That was my only complaint.

  : We liked that it had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was within walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg. We did get a quick response from maintenance when we asked for a bulb to be replaced and batteries for a clock that didn't work. The person who told us our room was ready was very nice and friendly.
  : The wifi/internet wasn't working most of the time, so no TV, and very little cell service. It looked like it had been neglected for awhile. Broken closet door, broken lamp switch, clocks hadn't been changed since the time change, paint patch on wall. It looked like someone may have been working there and they didn't check it before our stay. The toilet and sink looked like it had been used a few times but wasn't cleaned for our stay.

  : I liked this place a lot, even though it is small, we haven’t everything we needed. It was very convenient and it was very nicely set up. Overall I would recommend this place.
  : I believed it needed a little more cleaning and there was no light bulb outside, however those were the only issues.
