  : The dead roach, lack of cleanliness, when asked to have the room cleaned again due to there being DOG FOOD and a DEAD ROACH a vacuum was brought in but the mess was still there.

  : Being grossed out by the cleanliness of the entire property, we checked out early...and would never attempt to eat there so we did not.
  : If I could rate this "place" a "0", I would... My wife and I checked in on a Friday, intending on staying both that night, as well as Saturday night. Immediately, I had a bad feeling...just walking down the dark/dank hallway to our room. The room was very outdated and not very warm in appearance. The air was "stale". We figured what the heck...close to downtown, which it is.That evening when we returned to the room, I went to take a shower and, upon exiting the shower, I grabbed a folded bath towel to dry off. As I opened that I noticed beige makeup and black eyeliner on the towel. Obviously, pre-used and put back on the towel shelf. The hairdryer was also noted to have exposed wires...presenting an electrical shock concern.Upon pulling back our sheets, we immediately noticed 2 bugs, one of which was lying in a dried area of blood. I immediately called the front desk and, apparently, no one answers the phone at that time. My wife and I refused to sleep in that bed and we got no sleep that evening. The following morning, I reported this to "MJ" at the front desk and showed him photos. He appeared to be surprised and assured me he would refund us for that evening. We advised that we were not staying the second night...and then the fun began with Booking.com to try and get that refunded. After 30 days, it was finally refunded. Mostly, because I advised the property owner that, if I was not refunded I would be sending in the health department, as well as the fire marshal to look at that...and the overall condition of the dilapidated property. I also reached out to the executive offices at Wyndham to advise them that this property, in no way, represents their brand, which they assured me this would be looked in to. Other issues were the entire 3 story staircase in the rear of the hotel, from the 3rd floor to the street, had crumbling concrete steps with exposed rebar...
