  : The check in staff was kind.
  : We arrived at midnight after being stuck in traffic. When we headed to the room there is a door to open up at the hall and when it was opened there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I hoped that when we entered the room there was a strong smell of urine and sticky floors. The towels were stained black and stains were on the beds and on the ironing board on the wall. My kids commented on the smell and I had to make the decision it was not a safe place to stay at. I informed the clerk at the counter of the concerns. He said I would need to reach out to booking.com for a refund. I called them immediately and they said that it was up to the property to give a refund. Neither company provided a refund even though the facilities were unsafe and way below standards.
