  : Excellent, walkable location. Close to stores, restaurants, pubs. Breakfast was delicious. Room very clean and spacious. Cozy electric fireplace in our room. Loved the big tub! So so relaxing. Shower was huge. Nice toiletries. Access to Keurig, water, fridge, wine. Parlors and library were beautiful. Loved the main staircase.
  : Did not sleep well. Despite the bed being comfy, it was so noisy at nightfrom the cars, trucks, ambulances, etc. There was a white mouse machine but the batteries were dead.The young man who worked there was a bit rude on our last morning there. Upon check in, he asked us which seating time we preferred-we said 9:15a, so one would assume thats the time we eat both days. We werent told otherwise. Our last day, we come to breakfast at 9, there are only 2 place settings, and the young man says Youre late. We apologized stating we thought it was at 9:15. The young man never offered coffee refills, never said youre welcome (as we thanked him for bringing out food, juice). Thankfully the older gentleman apologized for the time misunderstanding.

  : First night room was very cold-others also reported this. Parking is in public garage. Although pretty close, a bit confusing for paying by hours. Breakfast was ok

  : Breakfast was always delicious, and the extra cookies, etc. were a nice bonus along with the tea and coffee options.Both Autumn and Taylor were excellent hosts and always helpful and attentive.
  : When we arrived, the original room we purchased had a broken toilet. We were transferred to another room. I would have preferred the original room. Also, the noise level, (cars, semi-trucks, trains) were extremely loud, which made our sleep very difficult.
