  : The front desk lady Michelle was so nice and friendly she was awsome. Breakfast was a good also
  : The ac in our room kept breaking. And smelling of burning electrical. And the lamp had a short in it. Windows do open open. But due to small children we could not open them when the ace smelled of burning at midnight. The gm didn't do anything besides okay thank you

  : To start, when walking up to the front door with my 8 yr old daughter, it was swamped with several people on either side, smoking. When you walk in the facility, i couldn't help but notice a strong odor of soggy dog. It was pretty intense. Check-in was easy. It smelled throughout the facility. Getting to the room... it was "clean" but felt dirty. The bathroom door, when slid shut, looked like no one ever wiped it down. Our AC unit had no power. Front desk came up to "turn it on" and there was still nothing. Thankfully, it wasn't too hot out, and the window opened. There were several small holes in the screen. My daughter was pretty scared having to sleep with the window open. Because of the window being open, we also had to smell smoke whenever someone was outside smoking. I understand it was abnormally busy, which is why I didn't make a big deal. But there were no towels in the pool room. My room had ONE towel. The bed was rock hard. We brought our own blankets and pillows. We wouldn't get under the blankets. The smoke detector was missing. And structure all over was falling apart. From the elevators to our room itself. The pool was cloudy and dirt on the stairs piled in the corner of them. The next day, when they cooked breakfast, the soggy dog smell was almost unbearable. Couldn't check out fast enough. FD manager said the manager would call me to discuss our stay... waiting on that now. I do not recommend this place even as a last-minute option.

  : The toaster only toasts one side of the bread. The eggs and sausage gravey were barely warm. I think it needs repair.
