  : The beach was wonderful! The balcony was nice and the water pressure was good.
  : It is so disheartening that when you book a place that either the realtor or the owner of these condos would put generic pictures that are NOTHING like what you are actually staying in. I mean when I go to the beach I am not going for the condo but I do expect some amenities like when I turn a switch on I expect there to be a light on the other end of it and in Gulf Tower 10 C that is not what I got. The only light you will get is lamps no ceiling lights at all. No updated anything. It is like being in the 70’s. The description says 2 queen beds and I got 1 queen bed and 1 day bed. Isn’t anyone honest anymore?? All I can say is I will NEVER use Bender Realty again if this is the kind of service that they give their customers.. I truly hope no one else got taken advantage of like me and I hope that this review saves someone else some heartache.

  : Sand in the sheets, dishwasher full of water at the bottom couldn’t wash dishes, 1st bathroom toilet had a constant loud draining noise. No blender !

  : I liked that we had a beach front location and that it was close to our family who were staying within a block away on the beach.
  : All the noise's you heard while you tried to sleep at night! First, the noises of water running through the pipes coming from our kitchen ceiling. It appeared to be coming from the room above us, perhaps when they flushed a stool or ran water. Secondly, The sound every 10 -15 minutes of what appeared to be a large dog barking...My husband said, it wasn't a dog but noise from pipes in the walls or somewhere near our room. I'm guessing the mechanical room just outside our door. Lastly, and by far the worst, the constant beeping coming from the mechanical room. If you've every had a battery go low on the smoke detector, you know how annoying that sounds! Imagine having to listen to that all day and all night while trying to sleep. I called and reported it after the first night and the property manger was very kind and quick to call me back. They apologized and said they would get it taken care of, which they did. However, the fix didn't last and started back up the next day. I called to report it a second time and again they were quick to call me back, apologized again, and promised to get it taken care of but no one ever showed up to take care of it. Very disappointing, given the price we paid to stay. The furnishing need updated as they are worn. The patio furnishing could use a coat of paint and some new cushions. The refrigerator worked well and looks new inside but the outside had rust on the door. Those things we knew in advance and we were given a slight discount, which we appreciated. However, all the noises we had to deal with was just too much! We love Gulf Shores. It's a beautiful place to vacation. We do plan to return but unfortunately, we will not be returning to Gulf Towers.
